Tab system opens same file multiple times, also authentication not working after update

Updated Buttercup and can no longer open vault. I tried to close all vaults, re-install the app, restart the computer. [Also keeps opening new tabs of the same file](https://i.imgur.com/IYpGonY.png), so...
