Data import broken

Trying to import a full export from version 0.6.8 but despite 'Success!" appearing no modules/data are imported.

No results for any word;

And I get this error: Enchant error: [WinError 2] The system cannot find the file specified, defaulting to dummy method... Windows 10, Sublime Text 3 latest, installed exactly as described...
