It would be great to fetch a gist with a given id using the option -f/--fetch gistid. My workflow is: Throwing all my snippets in private gists from one server...

this would be great, because escaped output is often necessary!

Great UIAlertView category. However, I ran into a use case where I needed a block invocation when the alert view has been dismissed.

Before this change fetching a view with keys: [...] would append the keys array in the query string and as POST data. This led to invalid request errors.
