Can't find any guide on updating `PS2` to `PS4` as we may easily find on steps to update `PS1`.

In this repo's `/example/`, with generated Gemfile and nothing else changed, I've tried ```bash $ bundle install $ bundle exec jekyll serve -V ``` but I can't reach any page...
