On Windows, you can use [RBtray](https://github.com/benbuck/rbtray) to do this manually. On other platforms, I am not sure.

A weblib would significantly increase the file size, right? I think it would be better to give users the URL and code to paste like in PolyMC.

If worse comes to worst, you could use MultiMC and include [this modpack](https://github.com/Kichura/Minecraft_ARM) by default.
