Enable "about:blank" To Respect Dark Theme

Instead of using a blank page, I have it use a custom local html page that's black.

AuxiliaryEffect function is not exported

EDIT: I just built openal-soft from source (using visual studio community 2017) instead of downloading and using the pre-built binaries from the site... Then it "just worked" -- cargo build...

Immediate crash when avx cpu feature is enabled when calling glfw::init in release mode

Nevermind I guess. It magically started working (even simply using target-cpu=native or ivybridge). The only thing I changed is adding more code to the project. Coinflip odds on it hanging...
