Hadn't meant to close this issue. Bug Workaround: Reloading the page (Control+R) fixes it.

Fixed in 1.6.0beta3 (commit 48fd99b8b4e3a6a13dab27531bc0cdfff1c2bf01).

This is causing problems with full-screen mode on OSX and Windows. The popup appearing in the old window causes the old window to appear on top of the full-screen window...

https everywhere's sources don't reference getTabForBrowser either.

The problem doesn't seem to happen with HTTPS Everywhere 4.0.3 from https://www.eff.org/https-everywhere
