One more thing In screenshare process script-file you need to change this line `props = YAML::load(File.open(File.expand_path('../../bigbluebutton.yml', __FILE__)))` to this `props = BigBlueButton.read_props` like it is in presentation process file otherwise...

I've the same issue on Win10 with MM 5.10.0 I can not switch on camera, microphone and share the desktop
