Yer, so I have taken another set which is clean in VisualSFM with the aim of getting the depth map from Gipuma and it creates horrible output   

I have been able run Gipuma using the cmd line to change starting camera and get a result for each image without the artifacts but I don't know how to...

~/Downloads/gipuma$ ./gipuma --pmvs_folder /home/dacarte/Downloads/PolarimetricMVS/PolarStereoData/vase_test/viewOutput/vase_test.nvm.cmvs/00 Point to the folder level just above /visualize

Has anyone successfully brought in their own images and got reasonable results out of Gipuma. I am trying to edit an example bash file but the results are all blank....

Any chance you figured out the solution to this? I am struggling to get any data other than the examples given to return useful results.

How did you achieve getting fusibile working correctly. I am having issues with the input parameters. It isn't clear how to get this working in the cmd line.
