Found that `Santize Document` in `Redact` under `Tools` in `Adobe Acrobat Pro` works to remove hidden content(Hidden by BRISS)

It'd be better if it was made into a RetroArch Core and a WASM build. That way it'd be portable on both the web and all devices that support RetroArch.

@krisgesling I found another similar issue. The prompt/notification of what I said is a black text without any white background or the general notification flair you get in UI designs...
