It seems you installed both MSI and Store version. They are 2 different releases

Should be fixed in v9.0.11. All commands are run without UI by default unless passing `--ui` param

@camjac251 ImageGlass supports multiple instance, so you can open that image in a separated window, then set this window always on top.
