@weiznich For what it's worth, I was able to reproduce the value 99 using SQLite version 2.8.17 (`sqlite` CLI tool) but it works correctly when I execute `create table` statement...

Unless OP can provide additional information, one of which would be that they did not use SQLite version 2, I suggest closing, too.
