Here is a .NET minimal example: ```xml Exe net8.0 antlrl3_test enable enable ``` put it into a `antlr3-test.csproj` within an empty folder and scan it.
The only workaround that works for me is what @mettolen suggested. Simply put the `nuget.config` one level above the solution in the folder hierarchy. That way dotnet.exe can still find...
The same is true for `az repos pr update`. There too is no option to define the merge strategy on auto-complete.
I'll try to create a minimal example.

Same here. But I don't know the root cause for the timeout. Very large project.
