Try commenting out the lines in webui.sh that export LD_PRELOAD - for some reason that was preventing Torch from seeing my GPU on Manjaro.
Looks like it may be an issue with another Arch package: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/orca-slicer-bin#comment-986913
