It would be helpful if there were a before_save callback, that way if you're using something like Timecop you can call Timecop.return and get a normal time for the screenshots....

I think it would be useful in an extension to be able to toggle settings in the settings menu.

This **does not** filter hidden blocks, nor hat blocks. This makes it much easier than `my(blocks)` to build extensions that interactively change the palette.

This is a super minor thing, but when you edit an input slot, the label coloring only looks at the saved category, not whatever has been set pre-save:
