Updated [my branch](https://github.com/TeamNewPipe/NewPipe/compare/dev...cybersphinx:NewPipe:fix_video_mouse_hover_overlay) to remove the check, and fix a silly oversight.

If you can add them here I guess that's the best place.

fvwm 2.6.x seems to behave the same, so it might be an old problem.
