I look at this as a possible step toward an option persistence solution that doesn't detract too much from the Config example. No need to merge this, I just thought...

I had forgotten that WordPress provides filters for option defaults. Using those simplifies things. This version just adds a configurable way to filter the option default value.

Add an option to include a 'clear all filters' button

Possible issue identified in the [support forum](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cant-get-search-by-zip-code-to-work/#post-13673052).

Workaround: turn off lazy loading for thumbnails: 

Out of the box the [AMP plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/amp/) does [not work](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/shortcodes-for-geo-mashup-not-working/#post-11657781) with Geo Mashup's iframes. @westonruter wrote a [small plugin](https://gist.github.com/westonruter/c3d4d73418b310f12d3cba7245fccebc) to fix the problem.
