Add TIAGo OMNI Base

Address #6046: add model of new TIAGo OMNI Base.

TODO:

  • [x] add robot model
  • [x] add sample world
  • [ ] add icon (update icon and scene once the new simplified Base STL file is available)
  • [x] rename existing TiagoBase PROTO to TiagoPmb2Base
  • [x] update TIAGo PROTO files to add option to choose base
  • [x] update User Guide documenation
  • [x] update webots_cloud documenation
  • [ ] simplify STL mesh: base.stl
  • [x] use Pose node instead of Transform node

It's been 1 year, and nothing more happens. I should be able to remesh it to lower it size. Would you be interested @omichel
