Missing sample simulation using the Billboard node

There is no sample simulation showing an example about how to use the Billboard node. The only world using it is a test.

We discussed to extend the Billboard node and allow the user to insert a Robot node (without physics). At this point, I would wait until this new functionality is implement to add a meaningful example.
