Skin not updated when model changed
After changing the model URL of a Skin node, the old skin is removed but the new one doesn't appear in the 3D scene and nothing is printed in the console, so the user doesn't know if the model is correct or some errors are found. After reloading the simulation the updated skin appears correctly.
If there are no technical problems preventing loading the skin, then the new skin should appear immediately after changing the model URL.
I cannot reproduce it on the master branch but only on the develop branch.
Changing the URL in a Mesh node works correctly.
Actually the new skin appears after changing the URL but after one (or more) simulation steps.
