UDP communication between volcap and remote_eye_service should be documented

I had an issue with some remote_eye's not connecting automatically. The problem turned out to be the UDP ports being blocked in the firewall, and I wasn't aware of this....

There's a newer version of Python and it needs newer versions of the packages. The script also doesn't work anymore.

Followed the installation instructions, this led to a non-working installation. The RabbitMQ log files showed a crash right after `volcap` connected: ``` 2023-06-20 15:58:29.654000+02:00 [error] exception exit: {unexpected_message,{'EXIT',#Port,einval}} ``` Tried...

Installed everything according to the instructions. Attempting to start `VolCap` on the central machine (which is called `topinambur`): it crashes straight away without any message. Opened a RabbitMQ command prompt....

If the release zipfile had "volcap" in its name I would be able to recognize it more easily:-)
