已解决。在shortcuts.json中加入快捷键"simulateIncrementCopy":某快捷键，即可一次性增量复制。下次复制自动关闭增量复制。至于增复制前自动清除还是没有方法。只能先复制前半段，然后按快捷键，后复制后半段。
