Seems that some configurations have been changed since https://github.com/colmap/colmap/commit/5c51ead1454a3b78f26c239316131c931a01e0d9. Does it work before that?

Will fix this issue in a later PR, along with:

  • add stubs
  • switch to GHA VCPKG caching
