save the reconstruction

I find when I reconstruction the big scene that inlcude many images, the speed is very slow. When I debug the code ,it's very hard. if I can save the reconstruction, and load again in the debug mode. reconstruction = reconstruction.main(),I use the reconstruction.write ,but it faild.How can I can I save the reconstruction?
