`virtual_network_subnet_id` is always reset when connecting to virtual network using `azurerm_app_service_virtual_network_swift_connection`

Can confirm using `virtual_network_subnet_id` resolve the issue. Also will generate downtime, couldn't find a way around that. The average has been 30 minutes which is A LOT.
