run by ```shell python detect_actions.py --video_path person_0_tube.mp4 ``` And I've tried multiprosses.py, but it fail in a endlees loop

solved by `pip install torchvision==0.5` and `pip install torch==1.4`

solved by `git clone https://github.com/peter0749/etw_pytorch_utils.git` and then `python setup.py install`

I think so too, the documentation of how to use the ensemble function and other new functions is recommended.
