Probably yes. Robostack says it supports Foxy, Galactic and Humble. You can give it a try and report here what you've found out.

I've been using it with ROS2 just fine. I highly recommend installing Docker, using an Ubuntu Docker container with hardware passthrough, then using ROS2 in there.
