While testing the feasibility of porting gpredict to GTK 4, I discovered that goocanvas is no longer maintained: https://gitlab.gnome.org/Archive/goocanvas/. You should find some alternative drawing API, such as a [GtkDrawingArea](https://docs.gtk.org/gtk3/class.DrawingArea.html).
