Move away from goocanvas

While testing the feasibility of porting gpredict to GTK 4, I discovered that goocanvas is no longer maintained: https://gitlab.gnome.org/Archive/goocanvas/. You should find some alternative drawing API, such as a GtkDrawingArea.

Unfortunately, I am not aware of any alternatives that provide a similar item-based drawing functions. I guess this will require rewriting most of gpredict.
