I also experienced the same issue trying to run `yarn build` with my wepback prod config when trying to upgrade to v7.1. Worked great with the dev config.

I just tried that and it still didn't work. It only runs if I use the base url with my company name: https://gitlab.inside.ap.org/ But then I still get "context deadline...
