Getting Started on a Local Ubuntu Machine
I can't install the Bluespec compiler, because the version is too old. I used BSC instead of. However, i can't find the ddr3 ip .v. Because you have the two steps. $ cd $RISCY_HOME/fpgautils/xilinx/vc707/ddr3_1GB_bluespec $ ./copy_verilog.sh Finally, i have to say i want to run riscy ooo based on vc707 board.
I don't know the state of maintenance of RISCY-OOO in the MIT repo but, FYI, you can get a working version of RISCY-OOO at:
https://github.com/bluespec/Toooba
This version has some improvements over the MIT version in the Fetch Unit; it has GDB control; and we expect further improvements in future.
It will simulate on Ubuntu out of the box, using either Bluesim or Verilator.
We have never run it on the VC707 board.
We are in the process of bringing it up on a VCU118 board and on Amazon AWS F1.
