Sort of implemented in https://github.com/crypdick/silvius-crypdick/commit/e4853041896160ab43692b926832f306a332d0e7. For now, it only notifies the GrammaticError Exception string, but I'm trying to figure out how to send the prediction to notify-send.

@savingoyal any update to release the dataframe implementation? Adding [modin](https://github.com/modin-project/modin) as a distributed drop-in for pandas dfs

Abstract out validation logic to support non-pandas dataframes, e.g. spark, dask, etc
