I can confirm this. Chrome Mobile on Android. Reproducable at web.libera.chat. Can also be reproduced by opening Chrome (Linux OS, Ubuntu 20.04.3) and in DevTools toggle mobile view.

Can this manifest itself by having the constructor being called before `getDerivedStateFromProps` in the parent component?
