I am having the same problem with my AD410. Smart motion detection works, but human detection does not. I do get human detection notifications from the Amcrest Smart Home app.

Also experiencing this after undocking and redocking my laptop with multiple monitors.
Just installed through HACS (1.32.1), same issues. Running Home Assistant (2023.5.2) on a RPi 4. Is there a solution for this?
