great thanks for the info. After viewing the log file i noticed that the boxee's cpu was running at 100% so i assumed it might at the time where sadly...

@HazWard thanks! im using that on raspberry pi with openelec. it works great. Kodi 17 will have the plex app all ready to go out of the box i think....
