Adding `--quality=2` seems to work as a workaround.

Ignore my previous comment, I'm getting it too.

`max_quality_available = max( (i for i, size in enumerate(info["quality_to_size"]) if size > 0), default=0 )`

Am running the project locally, the above does not appear to be a solution (it did not halt propagation and it ended up failing further along) but my python sucks...
