I had the same problem with dwd weather 2.0.4 a change to openweathermap as weather forecast provider solved the problem so it's probably an issue with dwd. regards christian

I had the same problem with z-wave TRVs. Looks like tolerance 0 makes problems. changed all tolerances to 0.1 and BT changed all TRVs from off/idle to heating in required...
