Fixed issue #27 - Changed split to be regexp instead of string

Added /^--\n/ to line 724 instead of "--\n" This caused errors, when in the file to be grepped a "--\n" string was present as in markdown files used for Headings

The search of gitlab (and almost every other thing depending on grit) could be improved, when in lib/grit/repo.rb line 724 would be changed from ``` 722 binary = false 723...
