Non Alphanumeric (e.g cyrilic) don't do too well in paths with blur

Reinstall using the `blur-installer.exe`, just downloading and running `blur.exe` won't work

Gotta agree with nerdidation here, Send To is to me the best way to feed your file paths into your script, you can easily open it from the Run dialog...
