encryption returning false

Same problem here. Tried every variation of encoding, preceding key with the "-----BEGIN PUBLIC KEY-----" and following with "-----END PUBLIC KEY-----"... it all results in false.

Encryption text too long can not be resolved to report an error how to do

Same issue for me. I don't think it's a bad decryption key. It seems like a bug to me.
