I expect it's because the rpc-url setting is set to =/transmissionweb/= rather than the default, =/transmission/=. The addon does not yet support configuring the URL, and is expecting to reach...

I looked through the library I'm using.... you should be able to supply the address as a complete URL ("http://hostname:port/transmissionweb/"), and it ought to work.

This addon does not install nor contain Transmission, it merely allows you to control an instance of it you've already installed somewhere.
