If your HAproxy stats link is something like https://10.1.2.3/stats.html then a work around is to edit your /etc/hosts file to have the ip address linked to the hostname, eg 10.1.2.3...
I did some testing. The code suggests jumpers=0x7f should change the refresh rate. `cap32 -O system.jumpers=0x7f ` causes Caprice to load with video scrolling, so that suggests a refresh rate...
