Count me in, I have the same problem. If the developers want to see this quick and easy it's reproducible running the latest Manjaro-KDE image (manjaro-kde-21.0.3-210428-linux510.iso). Just boot it up...

My details might be different but I assume this is related. I had trouble logging into Paypal too. In my case it appears Bitwarden was injecting the TOTP code prematurely....
