This will give qdrant enough time to load documents. As we still keep rediness check enabled, bloop app with restart until qdrant is ready
Restart procedure: - set `qdrant.restore.enabled=true` - check that qdrant started with restore from latest/configred snapshot - set `qdrant.restore.enabled=false`
