DS4windows causing sekiro controller issues

When DS4windows is on, and a xbox one x controller is connected, controller is not recognized. Exit DS4windows from the system tray and restart sekiro everything works.

it locks out all keys but CTRL/SHIFT/ALT/DEL

used on lakka with PC, When I connect the portals (I've tried all 4 portals available for wii) and none of them would be recognised - is it a problem...
