[macOS] version numbers broken in recent releases

see issue #86 which is unsolved and has been 'mistakenly' closed by that bot the issue is still present in 4.10.1, which still claims to be version 4.5

unlike native macOS apps, the app does not show its version number in the Finder (Quick Look, Column View, Get Info). the CFBundleVersion and CFBundleShortVersionString keys in the Info.plist file...

because the feed http://bilalh.github.io/sparkle/tagger/appcast.xml has not been updated

i've downloaded version 2.26 but when selecting it in the Finder it didn't display any version information both the CFBundleVersion and the CFBundleShortVersionString entries in your Info.plist file are missing...
