The csclient cannot rotate the perspective from top view to side view when viewing closely.

There is no 3D view from tilt angle，but only top view.

This project is useful for study cesium-native 3d tileset. i have tried to compile-build from master, but failed several times. finally, i select the branch cesium-integration, with some simple typo...
