Yep, some countries like germany and austria are not supported by their old API. See [#95](https://github.com/ubahnverleih/WoBike/issues/95#issuecomment-509297899) on how to use their new API.

It's probably intended to build on Windows but it also works fine on Linux (ubuntu 18.04) I think warnings got reduced by alot meanwhile. There are only some macro redefinitions...

I mainly want to use this to update `autoexec.bin` via PTP without having to swap my SD card all the time. This works totally fine but not all `ptpcam` functions...
