memcontrol01 case already set .needs_cgroup_ver = TST_CG_V2, but i saw log show tst_cgroup.c:541: TINFO: Mounted V1 memory CGroup on /tmp/cgroup_memory I suggest use latest LTP to run again.

timer_gettime01 already converted to new test library by d02fab2c6c timer_settime01.c case also found in /kernel/syscalls/timer_settime/
