The automotive-image-builder has a new simplified manifest format (see [example](https://gitlab.com/CentOS/automotive/src/automotive-image-builder/-/blob/main/examples/qm.aib.yml?ref_type=heads)). The [Developers documentation](https://github.com/containers/qm/tree/main/docs/devel#building-centos-autosd-and-qm-manually) should be updated to use automotive-image-builder with this simplified manifest format.
